Possibility to choose SSD or HHD for new compute engines#103

Please add a possibility to choose SSD or HHD while creating a new compute engine. Now the customer is asked to choose the size, but there is no information whether it is HDD or SSD, moreover, no possibility to choose between them.

Choosing between HDD and SSD on the same config would be a bit confusing to the end user, as it will show different pricing per disk type. It is already implemented at the backend, but we have not released it as an option just yet

Moreover, we show if the plan you are trying to deply is SSD or HDD in the options area :)
