1- Can you please add the ticket link in the footer of the email that we recive when someone of the support team answer the ticket.
2- When someone have a technique issue, the basic support team cant answer and we recive answer like this :
“ Your request is sent to our dev-ops team, please allow some time while they get it processed for you. “
But the ticket its still : “ ANSWERED “, can you please change it to “ Waiting The DEV-OPS Team “ for exemple, or any status.
