Rename "ccpartnerhost|Hostname" to "Hostname" from the order form of the WHMCS module#227

Please rename “ccpartnerhost|Hostname” to “Hostname” as this field appears on the invoice for the client and it would be nice if the client can see “Hostname” only in their invoice through the WHMCS module for the partner account.

I keep manually updating it, but if I generate the configurable options on the module settings on WHMCS it adds a new field instead of recognizing the existing field that is renamed.
