Minimal OS image for Debian 11#285

While a full image of the OS can be useful at times, in many cases, a minimal OS image provides a better foundation for many server applications. Additional packages can always be added, if needed.

It is much more difficult to remove all of the extra software provided in the full image, than it is to add the specific software needed to a minimal image. Please add support for minimal images for Debian 11 and potentially other variants that offer this functionality.
