Enable AES-NI#40

Currently I can’t find aes flag in /proc/cpuinfo.

AES-NI is important especially for HTTPS hosting. Performance wise, software AES implementation is slow, and security wise, it may cause some side channel (usually lookup-table cache) vulnerability.

AES has been enabled on all machines, please reboot your compute instance through the client area or mobile app to activate faster AES operations on CPU 😃
