Apply for refund of account balance#411

Please return the 20 dollars in my account balance to my Alipay account. Thank you.

Please submit an official refund application by going to your account settings on app.cloudcone.com scroll down and click on the Billing drop down under “Other Settings”

There you will find a Request Refund button.
